CINEMÂCHÉ is a team of award-winning Adelaide filmmakers who share the goal of making motion pictures that are collaborative, immersive and atmospheric. They create sensory experiences that are powered by layered and lavish palettes, contrasting textures and embellished colours.
The logo I designed as part of their corporate branding is a fusion of digital noise and the stylised palette of a typically vibrant papier mâché Piñata. This allowed for a rich pattern application across stationery and digital brand collateral.

Brand and logo design for Beer No Evil, a Glenelg brewery offering something a little bit dangerous and a little bit fun. The logotype is grungy and energetic, reflecting the death metal inspirations for the brand, but is harmonised by a series of less threatening ‘Beerspawn’, a little army of minimalist demons, each given stewardship over a different beer. Each beer is also assigned a unique and vibrant flat colour, concentrating their separate identities and their visibility on the shelf.

Red Fox Films is a boutique Adelaide film and video design studio. Their bespoke and hand-made approach to film-making is reflected in their corporate branding, a watercolour fox, curiously engaging with a hovering insect.

The campaign also required templates for social service worker profile images, and for general social media posting of stats, data, quotes and other communications.
In addition to the primary branding, two additional grungy stacked formats were design to be used more freely in brand collateral like social media tile.

Logo and brand development, based upon an original identity by Band.
Treasury 1860 is a newly rejuvenated large-scale inner-city restaurant and bar. Occupying an historic South Australian building, The Treasury Building, it's a little bit of the old and a little bit of the new. It's branding is a simple hybrid of two typefaces (a serif and a sans-serif).
Nestled in the heart of Adelaide's CBD, Treasury 1860 is giving a new lease of life to one of South Australia's most iconic buildings. The full venue refurbishments were completed in November 2017. With a food and drink menu that offers international, inter-state and local guests an up to the minute taste of South Australia, Treasury 1860 aims to introduce patrons to all the wonders that are available in our own backyard.

Independent Theatre has been enthralling Adelaide audiences with top quality theatre of dramatic significance since 1984. Its work covers the gamut of theatrical writing, from Ancient Greek tragedies to Australian and world premieres of brand new plays.
The brand needed to be simple and visible without being generic, and convey strength, sturdiness and solidarity. The red bolt locks the two sans-serif variants, providing a strong natural contrast against the logo's black and white bent. The logo has been designed to preference white canvases and backgrounds.
The red bolt is the company's main asset that can be deconstructed and applied across the its extended branding.

The Expert Panel on Planning Reform was a five member body appointed in February 2013 to provide recommendations for a new planning system to Government and Parliament by December 2014.
The three high-volume reports that I designed between 2013 and 2014 detailed the Panel’s discussions, investigations and findings into the South Australian planning system. I branded the reports in a stylisation of the Panel's existing branding (Think Design Deliver), a state-shaped puzzle-piece logo. The front and back covers are an incomplete puzzle, a work in progress, forming the shape of the state of South Australia. The inner document is peppered with stray puzzle pieces, and large block colours borrowed from the logo are used to quickly and easily separate each chapter.
The final report was put to the South Australian government in December 2014, leading to the development of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Bill, passed by Parliament in early 2016. The new Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 is currently being implemented by the Department.

Veolia Australia and New Zealand (of French transnational company Veolia Environnement S.A.) is dedicated to service and utility activities traditionally managed by public authorities, including water management, waste management, public transport and energy services.
